For many people, regret is a lifelong cause of unhappiness. People who aren’t at peace with their past can never be completely happy in the present. Being confident has a lot to do with being happy. If we are not confident, can we truly be happy?

And, since the past cannot be changed, the only way to keep your past from ruining your present is to make peace with it. And how do you do that? There are many ways I would imagine. Some are slower, some are quicker, some are easier some are harder, some are more effective than others. 

For over twenty years I have been looking for therapeutic methods that are the most effective, as well as the quickest and easiest to so I could work on my own issues plus more effectively help my clients. I found a number of therapies that I have liked but the Quickest, Easiest and Most Effective method I found for RELEASING one's negative thoughts, beliefs and feelings is a method called Brainspotting.
